Mike Bradley

Chairman

Having worked in facilities for over 35 years, Mike recognised early in his career a better way of doing things for his clients and so Fairclough was born in 2008. Mike insists that every challenge, requirement and request is delivered with the client’s expectation at the forefront of our thinking. Mike’s technical expertise are still recognised in the industry and he will often assist on specialised projects where his experience and knowledge is invaluable to the delivery of a successful plan.
Mike continues to be the heartbeat of the business, promoting our culture to our staff; our extended Fairclough family.

Dean Bradley

CEO

Dean is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the business. Dean is all about keeping things simple, transparent and deliverable. Dean is personally involved in providing organic partnership plans which enable clients to achieve their business objectives. Dean’s approach has meant that we continue to support our clients locally, nationally and more recently, across Europe.

Darren Bradley

COO

With a background in M&E, Darren understood what clients were missing from their suppliers and he is personally able to bridge that gap. Darren’s ethos is to do his clients thinking for them, offering proactive and productive solutions that ensure a safer and sustainable workplace.
Darren is vigorous in his approach and has an eye for detail, overseeing our internal quality management system and company policies.

Carmina Radu

Head of Operations

Carmina is responsible for integrating your company culture within your new FM team. Carmina’s persona is calm, diligent and always professional; she will lead operational communication, employee training, service reviews and standard audits on your behalf. Carmina’s personal expectations and delivery are above the industry standard and she ensures that you and your colleagues work in a clean, safe and professional environment at all times.

Kathryn Hurt

Client Service Director

As a new client of Fairclough, Kathryn will be your first point of contact. Kathryn’s approach is to get under the skin of your business, understand your pains and identify a tailored solution and FM team, that gives you back time to get on with the “day job”. For Kathryn, no two clients or buildings are the same and she will never insist on a model that is recycled from one client to the next. Kathryn’s engagement is consultative, strategic and personal to you and your needs.

Facilities Management

This role is fundamental to each and every one of our clients. Your FM administrator is responsible for managing the implementation of our internal policies and procedures, to ensure we continue to deliver a Quality Management system both internally and at client sites. Most importantly their role is to ensure that initial integration is as seamless as possible for your business, this includes booking training dates, e-ticketing logins and accounts information.
