Why Fairclough

At the heart of the Fairclough ethos is the desire to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Since we established ourselves in 2008 we have used our technical expertise and creative flair to deliver bespoke facilities management solutions to our client.

These solutions have not only saved our clients a great deal of money over the years, they have helped portray them as progressive and responsible employers considerate to the well-being of their workforce.

We happen to think FM is a pretty straightforward business, or at least it should be: it starts with getting the basics right and understanding that the big picture and the small detail are one and the same.

We lead from the front (all new contracts receive director level attention until we are satisfied they are running to plan), we set high standards and we expect and receive loyalty from our hard-working teams. We welcome diversity, encourage dialogue and reward success.

We will provide transparent operations and financial cost information, complemented by detailed formal reports as required. Internal governance, rigorous business continuity arrangements, succession planning and consistent engagement by senior management will ensure the level of service is maintained and enhanced.


Fairclough started supporting MetLife on basic preventative maintenances and reactive repairs they did such a good job and were so reliable, flexible and proactive that we have, after a tender process, extended their contract to Total FM Services across the UK and Ireland.


I would highly recommend using Fairclough and we are extremely happy with the level of service provided.  I find that the people arriving on site are extremely good at what they do and usually go over and above standard maintenance to make sure the customer is happy.
